Remembrace Day(s)
Last week we were at the Sixth Form College where the week before Beks had met a student who was keen to remember her grandfather. She shared about various life events and why she missed her grandfather so much.
On Tuesday morning we prayed that we’d be able to connect with this student more during the week. Our prayers were answered later that day as not only did the student come along and add a butterfly to the meadow, she spent time talking to Hannah & Beks and then with Bishop Roger (our Patron), spending most of her free period with another friend talking with him.
Another student remembered a grandparent but whilst talking she shared about various life events and how she’d found Christians on an internet chat room really contradictory. The conversation progressed to one about the love of Jesus and how Jesus cared for those who were outcasts and broken.
Please continue to pray for the young people we have met through the Remembrance Project and for the ongoing conversations about life, faith and Jesus.
